Now What?

We are stoked to be part of your event! We're going to make sure it's an awesome and fun celebration that you and your guests will remember! Thanks for trusting us with such an important day. 

Here are some things you should know to make the planning process even easier for you:

  • How to contact us: Email at Travis@fmgmusiccompany.com and/or Text at 803-404-1884 will be the best ways to communicate. 

  • Availability: Everything typically can be done via video chat or over the phone but if you want to meet in person, just let us know and we can schedule that as well. Weekend meetings are typically not available due to the event schedule. 

  • Emails from us: You will get emails along the way. From reminders to do things such as fill out our planning forms to even offering a service you may not have known was available or just useful tips or info. We just love to stay in touch along the way! Also, you will get one last email after the event and we love REVIEWS! (message!)

  • Timeline: Below you will find a link for a sample timeline. Every event is different and we will do whatever you like. This is just an example of what works great with us. 

  • Tips: After checking out the timeline, read these simple quick tips. (you can thank us later)

  • Arrival/Setup: On your big day, we typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before go time

  • Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you! We typically see 10 - 20% tips if the DJ was amazing

  • The Music: Of course, the music! Take some time to fill out our online planners and utilize the music planning app. Feel free to send us or upload your own spotify playlists. Speaking of, check out some of ours below as well
